Scooped up into Peg's arms, Cass hummed contentedly and wound his arms around Peg's neck, resting his chin on the pony's shoulder as he was toted away--and feeling all the more favored and flattered for it. Dark blue eyes swept across the floor, then back to Peg's face with a quiet spark of impishness. "Anywhere. Everywhere. I want to see how the better half lives."

"We are in the wrong house for that, I’m afraid," Pegasus said with a sigh, shrugging for a brief moment which resulted in little more than Cassandra being lifted slightly higher.

"However, I can give you a tour of my house." And with that, he was off, leading Jesse from room to room. "My kitchen," he said as he passed the cabinets of grey, rounding the island.

It only took Cass a moment to reconsider his options. After all, the pony had a point. And he did like to be spoiled--if only by Peg himself, in the long run. Thrusting up his arms, Cass grinned broadly in spite of himself--a true, genuine smile. "Come on, then. Pick me up, Ponyboy, we ain't got all night."

Making sure the jug was firmly secure before, the taller of the two bent down to pick Cassandra up, cradling the psychic close to him as he shut the door behind them.

"Welcome to my abode," he said with a smile as he pressed a kiss to Jesse’s head. Keeping his hold on his love, he asked, "where would you like to see?"

Twitching his own lips vaguely when Zephyr reacted so pleasantly, Jesse shrugged and rubbed his arms, huddling on the stoop and hunching up comfortably under the affections. "Alright, already, alright," he mumbled, reddening faintly and reaching up to gently brush back Peg's hair. "You gonna let me in or shall I make this a drop-off delivery?"

A tiny peck to Jesse’s cheek and Zephyr stood, motioning with his arm for Cassandra to enter. “By all means, do come in. Unless you’d rather I carry you inside. I don’t mind, you know.”

Coming nose-to-chest with Peg was always a bit daunting. Craning his head back with a squint at the sight of the tall, golden-haired horseman, Cass squinted and scrunched up his nose vaguely--before thrusting out the offerings to Peg with a flat expression. "Hi," he said back dryly. "I finally left my hermit-hole for you. I hope you understand how damn special that makes you, in my books." His face softened marginally, and Jesse smiled thinly. "I missed you."

Eyes widening at something was shoved towards him, Pegasus raised his brows before a smile broke across his face at the gifts. “Thank you,” he said as he took them, “I’ll treasure them always.”

Leaning in, he gently moved to nuzzle Cassandra’s temple, softly saying, “I missed you too.”

It had been a while. Too long, in fact. But he wanted to see him. If only to make sure the long-legged, lackadaisical pony was still alright. One hand clasping a bunch of carrots and the other holding a small jug of apple cider, Cass waited on Peg's doorstep, knocking on the door with his foot before idling back to study the area with caution--it was a neighborhood he was unfamiliar with. Danger could lurk around every corner. Or worse--Jehovah's Witnesses could be lurking around here instead.

Too long indeed, but Pegasus would never mind a visit if the person visiting happened to be Cassandra. Why would he mind?

As well as can be, the once winged being made his way to the door, blond hair still wet from an earlier shower. Jehovah’s Witness or not, he opened the door without bothering with the peep hole, or putting on clothes other than a plain wifebeater and boxers (served them right for showing up so late).

"Jesse," he said with a warm smile, stepping back to let him in should he wish, "what a pleasant surprise."
